Quality Control Engineer is responsible for making sure that all manufactured productsmeet the company's and industry quality standards. Quality Control Engineer will be in charge ofconducting product and prototype tests to inspect durability and functionality as well as diagnoseproblems.Responsibilities:• Maintain and improve the current quality management system.• Monitor and develop performance metrics for all stages of the production process.Assist and advise Warehouse and Manufacturing personnel on the entry level quality controlof goods and materials.• Conduct various QC (quality check) tests, during production and on finished products, in linewith defined checklists.• Determine the root cause of faulty products and propose improvements to the design andprocesses.• In coordination with Manufacturing Lead, conduct trainings for Assembly Technicians andpropose improvements to the production process to mitigate detected problems.• Conduct experiments and tests on new designs and prototypes in order to test their fitnessfor purpose and detect problems.• Prepare structured and detailed reports on conducted experiments and tests.• Study relevant industry standards and best industry practices and propose improvementsaccordingly.• Prepare regular quality reports.Skills:• Bachelor's degree (mechatronics, mechanical or electrical engineering).• Advanced computer skills and advanced knowledge of MS Office.• Experience of working with different tools - oscilloscope, bench top PS, multimeter etc.• Experience of working with electrical circuits, either job related or through DIY projects.• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.• Attention to details and meticulous approach to work.• Ability to write concise and precise reports as well as communicate them verbally110k-130k+, negotiable Benefits: 22 days of PTO, Medical, Vision, Dental, Mental Health Days, Holiday Pay, etc.
