Licensing Specialist

Job Title: License SpecialistLocation: Deerfield IL 60015 Duration: 06 Months contract, Full-TimeJob Description:Works independently to prepare and submit complex license applications, meeting the requirements of licensing jurisdictions. Effectively and regularly communicates with Licensing leadership and business partners to understand goals and achieve objectives. Represents Licensing internally to business partners and externally to licensing jurisdictions, resolving issues using negotiation and experience. Demonstrates independent judgment and critical thinking to proactively identify issues, appreciate operational impacts, and report on findings to internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:Contractor needed to support team in organization, tracking down, uploading various licenses/working through some "backlog" tasks - Renewing various licenses- can also serve as backup to administrative team who handles physical mail, scanning licenses, supporting closing stores, etc.Experience:Highly Organized, Motivated (tasks can become tedious), strong communication skills, Continuous Improvement Mindset Background: Licensing - Healthcare, Retail, etc.Skills: Data AnalysisEducation: Masters, Bachelors ,Associates , High School Diploma or GEDMehrajul HaqAssociate Team Lead
