Large plaintiff litigation firm in Century City is seeking a discovery response or request associate attorney. A discovery response attorney is a lawyer who specializes in managing the legal process of responding to discovery requests in a lawsuit. In the discovery phase of litigation, parties can request documents, facts, and other evidence from each other through various means such as interrogatories, requests for production of documents, requests for admission, and depositions.A discovery response attorney assists their clients in preparing and providing responses to these requests. This includes reviewing the requests, gathering relevant information and documents, and drafting formal responses that comply with the legal requirements and deadlines set by the court. Their role is crucial in ensuring that their clients' responses are accurate, complete, and legally sufficient.
