No Faults Claims Adjuster

Tower Auto Mall is a leading full service Lease to Own/Rental company serving the TLC and Livery industry in the five boroughs of NY for over 25 years. We are seeking a No Fault Claims adjuster with a minimum of 3 years working on no-fault claims in the state of New York.The candidate must have an understanding and experience of Regulation 68 with an emphasis on regulatory time frames. Understanding of New York No-Fault Arbitration, and the No-Fault Claims process. Must be a true team player genuinely interested in working in a supportive, collaborative team environment.Responsibilities:Review of medical bills to ensure they are handled timely and efficientlyOversight of IME requests, peer reviews and timely handling of payments, delays and denials.Review of AAA decisions, arbitration awards and litigated bills.Must be tenacious in ability to investigate claims researching coverage issues and potential subrogation opportunities.Expertise with the ADR/ AAA provider's online dispute resolution platformAbility to understand medical reports and medical terminologyAbility to understand legal concepts and legal terminologyUnderstanding of fee schedulingExceptional organizational skillsDemonstrate ability to work under tight deadlinesPolished and professional written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrate ability to adapt to new and changing business needsThe ideal candidate must work independently and demonstrate the ability to exercise sound judgment with respect to matters of significance. This role faces issues that are moderately complex and not immediately evident.
