Join us!Purpose of JobThe Learning and Development Partner designs, implements and evaluates curated development programs to prepare team members to support IB's strategy, and turn their leadership into a competitive IB advantage and enhance business performance.Job Components:Designs custom eLearning and blended learning solutions to support business needs.Manages the total 12-week program lifecycle from promotion through workshop experiences, ongoing coaching to commencement; often with two classes running concurrently.Collaborates with senior leaders as guest facilitators, where possibleProvides oversight of aspects the TM onboarding process ("Green Carpet"; P&V workshop) and joint responsibility for the LMS user experience.Deliver and evaluate concurrent conscious leadership development programs for H.O. and Distributor TMs (50%)Lead aspects of the TM onboarding program (Green Carpet; P&V workshop) (15%)Design eLearning and blended learning solutions to support business needs (15%)Collaborate effectively and consult with Training Managers in other business units to ensure alignment and optimization of all Interstate training resources (10%)Support LMS user experience (5%)Champion IB leadership initiatives by active participation in culture and learning teams (5%)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years' experience in learning design, including eLearning and facilitationExperience in Conscious Leadership model is preferred.Strong facilitation and individual coaching skillsInitiative to lead projects from concept to executionStrong organizational skillsOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalHighly collaborative; strong team playerFocus on measurement and continuous improvementCapacity to manage multiple projectsWork Environment:Ability to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of timeRegularly required to use hands to grasp or handle, and talk and hearSpecific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusAbility to occasionally lift and/or move 20+ lbs.Note: We do not accept resumes from headhunters, placement agencies, or other suppliers that have not signed a formal agreement with us.Interstate Batteries provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
