Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with expertise in print collateral design to join our clients amazing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding, with hands-on experience in creating high-quality print materials such as brochures, business cards, packaging, flyers, banners, and other marketing assets. This role is on-site in the Pompano Beach, FL area.Key Responsibilities:Design & Production: Develop visually compelling print materials, including brochures, posters, catalogs, signage, packaging, and direct mail campaigns.Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across various materials.Prepress & Print Preparation: Prepare and optimize files for printing, ensuring proper color profiles, bleeds, margins, and resolution for high-quality output.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, copywriters, and printers to bring concepts to life and ensure print materials meet project objectives.Software Expertise: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other industry-standard design tools.Vendor Coordination: Communicate with print vendors to ensure accurate execution of design projects, proofing, and troubleshooting print production issues.Required Qualifications:2+ years of experience in graphic design, specifically in print collateral design.Strong portfolio showcasing print design expertise and branding work.Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools.Knowledge of printing processes, materials, and file setup for professional print production.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of large-format printing (e.g., trade show banners, signage).Familiarity with digital marketing assets (social media graphics, web banners).Experience within Adobe PhotoshopComp 50-55K
