Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to drive business growth through data-driven insights and strategic marketing analysis. This role will focus on campaign performance, forecasting, and optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Direct Mail Marketing Strategy, Commercial Finance, Data Science, and Marketing Operations.Key Responsibilities:Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide data-backed optimization recommendations.Apply advanced A/B and multivariate testing methodologies to improve marketing effectiveness.Develop and maintain performance forecasts, tracking key KPIs before, during, and after campaigns.Collaborate with internal teams to support new partnership launches and long-term strategic initiatives.Independently manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy in reporting.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, business, data science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).4+ years of experience in direct mail marketing analytics, modeling, and performance optimization.Expertise in SQL, Snowflake, Looker, and Excel; experience with Python or R is a plus.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively.Experience designing and implementing test methodologies for marketing campaigns.
