Plaza de la Raza Child Development Services, Inc. (Plaza) operates a Head Start and Early Head Start program that provides comprehensive integrated services to children from birth to 5 years of age.Plaza is committed to launching a shared vision statement, emphasizing accessibility and engagement with staff, families, and partners. To achieve this milestone, Plaza seeks a qualified consultant to guide the development process, ensure inclusivity, and facilitate meaningful engagement with all stakeholders.Scope of Work/Services to be provided include:The shared vision statement will reflect Plaza's core values, mission, and commitment to fostering an accessible and engaging environment for all stakeholders, including staff, families, and external partners. The consultant will play a critical role in designing and executing a collaborative process to define this vision, ensuring broad input and alignment.The selected consultant will be responsible for:Project Planning:• Collaborate with Plaza leadership to define project goals, timeline, and deliverables.• Develop a detailed engagement and communication plan to involve stakeholders.Stakeholder Engagement:• Design and facilitate inclusive workshops, focus groups, and surveys.• Engage a diverse range of participants, ensuring representation across staff, families, and partners.Data Collection and Analysis:• Gather qualitative and quantitative input from stakeholders.• Analyze data to identify key themes, priorities, and areas of alignment.Drafting the Vision Statement:• Develop a preliminary draft of the shared vision statement based on stakeholder input.• Refine the draft through iterative feedback cycles with stakeholders.Finalization and Launch:• Present the finalized vision statement to Plaza leadership for approval.• Support the development of a communication strategy for launching the vision statement by May 30, 2025.DeliverablesDetailed project plan and timeline.Engagement tools and materials (e.g., surveys, workshop agendas).Summary report on stakeholder input and analysis.Draft and finalize versions of the shared vision statement.Recommendations for communication and implementation.Proposal RequirementsInterested consultants should include the following in their proposals:Cover Letter:• Introduction and summary of relevant experience.Approach and Methodology:• Description of the proposed approach to the project.• Strategies for ensuring accessibility and stakeholder engagement.Experience and Qualifications:• Examples of similar projects completed.• References from past clients.Work Plan and Timeline:• Detailed work plan outlining key activities and milestones.• Timeline to ensure project completion by May 25, 2025• Detailed budget, including professional fees and any anticipated expenses.To apply: Jsims@
