Join SHEIN and be the future!Position SummaryWarehouse Labor Planning is a critical function to ensure cost effective warehouse operations. The role involves working closely with the operations teams to forecast and allocate workforce needs, addressing backlogs, and ensuring that hourly associates are deployed efficiently across processes. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills to align workforce supply with operational demand in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.The role involves working in a warehouse environment, which may require standing for extended periods, walking distances, and exposure to varying temperatures. Evening or weekend shifts and overtime may be required depending on operational needs.We're seeking a full-time Senior Workforce Planning Specialist for our fulfillment center.Job Responsibilities:Estimate warehouse workforce requirements for various departments based on workload forecasts and operational targets.
