The role involves working closely with the operations teams to forecast and allocate workforce needs, addressing backlogs, and ensuring that hourly associates are deployed efficiently across processes. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills to align workforce supply with operational demand in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.The role involves working in a warehouse environment, which may require standing for extended periods, walking distances, and exposure to varying temperatures. Evening or weekend shifts and overtime may be required depending on operational needs.We're seeking a full-time Senior Workforce Planning Specialist for our fulfillment center.Job Responsibilities:Estimate warehouse workforce requirements for various departments based on workload forecasts and operational targets.
