The Owners and Insights Team is focused on enhancing the timeliness, quality, and accuracy of Owner Engagement deliverables, leveraging data-driven insights to improve decision-making across the organization.Role Overview:As a Salesforce Administrator on the Owners and Insights Team, you will play a key role in enhancing platforms, improving workflows, and supporting the adoption of automation and AI capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine reporting functionalities for Owner Sentiment, Segmentation, Advisory Councils, Events, and Club & Recognition programs. The role will help provide actionable insights to Hilton's leadership and key stakeholders, contributing to strategic decisions. In addition, you will support the 2025 objectives by improving survey tools, reporting, and dashboard capabilities to promote data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Salesforce Administration & Optimization: Maintain and configure the Salesforce platform to meet the needs of the Owners and Insights Team, ensuring the system supports automation, reporting, and data analytics needs. Improve workflows and streamline processes across various functions.Reporting & Dashboards: Enhance and develop custom reports and dashboards for key areas such as Owner Sentiment, Segmentation, Advisory Councils, Events, and Club & Recognition, enabling stakeholders to access valuable insights for decision-making.Integration with Qualtrics XM: Lead and support the integration of Salesforce with Qualtrics XM for seamless survey tools and feedback collection. Ensure the integration optimizes the collection and reporting of Owner engagement data.AI & Automation Adoption: Spearhead initiatives related to the adoption of Salesforce AI tools and automation capabilities, working to improve data quality, efficiency, and real-time reporting.Survey Tool Development: Support the development and expansion of survey tools, helping gather actionable feedback to drive the team's 2025 objectives. Ensure survey responses are integrated and reported within Salesforce effectively.Apex & Custom Development: Use Salesforce's Apex tool to customize solutions that improve workflows and enhance reporting capabilities. Work on custom development projects to address specific business needs.Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Analytics, and Technology, to ensure that the Salesforce platform and reporting tools align with Hilton's broader business objectives.Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within Salesforce, making recommendations to streamline workflows and improve data-driven decision-making across the team.Qualifications:3-5 years of experienceSalesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)Salesforce AI Certification (Salesforce Einstein or similar)Strong experience in Salesforce integration, particularly with Qualtrics XMProficiency in Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules)Solid understanding of Apex and ability to customize and improve Salesforce workflowsProven experience in building custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within SalesforceExperience with improving data-driven decision-making through SalesforceStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on automating and improving workflowsExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teamsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectivelyPreferred Skills/Experience:Familiarity with survey tools, feedback loops, and customer experience platformsExperience in the hospitality industry or with owner/guest engagement platformsStrong understanding of data privacy and compliance in CRM systemsWhat's in it for you?
