Position OverviewUltimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Consumer Support Specialist to join their client's team in Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support, primarily focusing on hearing instruments and connectivity products.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and assistance to consumers on hearing instruments and connectivity products.Manage about 20 calls per day, ensuring comfort with being on the phone throughout the day.Answer basic questions regarding hearing instruments and connectivity products.Connect consumers with authorized hearing care providers.Provide solutions, support, and assistance to consumer requests, inquiries, problems, and complaints in a professional manner.Maintain call logs and detailed reports in multiple systems.Handle consumer calls and emails in a manner that creates a positive experience to build the brand.Enter notes for each consumer interaction into contact management software.Promote products and services.Collect and relay possible trends, problems, and suggestions for improvement to the Supervisor.Perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by the Supervisor.QualificationsMust be based in Minnesota.Experience in customer service or technical support roles preferred.Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.Proficient in using contact management software and maintaining detailed records.Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask effectively.Required Work HoursMonday to Friday, 10am-7:30pmBenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ranging from $19.00 to $21.00.Additional DetailsThe Consumer Support Specialist will play a key role in providing a positive experience for consumers and supporting the brand's reputation.
