If you want to work at an international school that cherishes diversity and inspires its students to become global citizens, we welcome your application.YOUR ROLEAs the Director of Strategic Enrollment Management, you will be a key partner to school leadership, taking the lead in shaping and driving the strategies that attract, enroll, and retain EBI students and families. You'll work closely with senior administrators and the Director of Advancement to create and implement strategic plans that showcase the benefits of an EBI education. You'll play a central role in ensuring the school meets both its short- and long-term enrollment goals, while fostering a mission-aligned and vibrant student community.HOW YOU WILL SUPPORT THE GROWTH AND SUCCESS OF EBIStrategic Leadership- Develop and implement both short- and long-term strategies to attract and retain students and families from local, national, and international regions and report regularly to senior leadership and the Board.Admissions Process Management- Create and manage annual admissions and enrollment plans, including interviewing applicants, hosting events, and serving as the school's ambassador. Work with Division Directors and the Head of School to ensure meaningful connections between prospective students, parents, and school leadership.Tuition Assistance - Work with the Director of Advancement, Business Office, and Head of School to strategically allocate financial aid to meet institutional goals related to enrollment, tuition assistance, and retention.Collaboration & Communication - Collaborate with Marketing and Advancement to deliver consistent, targeted messaging across all platforms and build and maintain strong relationships with feeder schools and other community organizations.Industry Knowledge & Growth - Stay informed on trends in admissions and attend relevant conferences and organizations and represent EBI at external events and professional networks.WHAT YOU BRING TO THIS ROLEA Passion for Bilingual and International EducationYou believe deeply that a bilingual education not only supports academic success but also opens doors to international understanding.Relationship Building & Team Leading SkillsYou easily establish positive relationships with others and have a knack for connecting with diverse audiences. You thrive when creating and delivering presentations and are comfortable speaking to large or small groups of people.REQUIREMENTS:Must be fluent in Spanish and English: verbal and writtenA bachelor's degree or equivalentMinimum of5 years of admissions and enrollment management experience, or equivalent.Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and its use in shaping policy and strategy.Experience with Ravenna, Clarity, and FACTS or other similar applicant tracking systemsSALARYThe Director of Strategic Enrollment Management is a full time, onsite position.
