LHH is partnering with a growing company to hire a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and enhance revenue, billing, and collections processes. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and exceptionally skilled in Excel (beyond SumIF functions)What Makes This a Great Opportunity?Join a thriving company that values innovation and continuous improvement.Be part of a collaborative and supportive finance team committed to professional growth.Play a key role in shaping revenue processes and driving strategic decision-making.Work with leadership to develop data-driven insights that impact the company's success.Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, 401(k), and paid time off.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and refine revenue, billing, and collection processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Develop and implement best practices for revenue operations, ensuring compliance and financial integrity.Work closely with Finance and operational teams to establish policies for bad debt, contract terms, and system improvementsConduct financial impact analyses, ensuring revenue processes align with general ledger accuracy.Collaborate with the BI team to create data-driven dashboards that track performance and identify growth opportunities.Provide strategic recommendations based on data trends, supporting executive decision-making.Qualifications:7+ years of revenue cycle management and billing experience, with a strong understanding of financial processes.Proven leadership experience, managing revenue and billing operations in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.Advanced Excel proficiency (beyond SumIF - must be able to demonstrate expertise).Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to develop process improvements.Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to interact with senior management.Multi-entity or franchise business experience is a plus but not required.
