Vendor Relationship Specialist (Bilingual in Mandarin)

Job Summary:We are seeking a strategic vendor management professional to oversee the selection, onboarding, offboarding, management, and performance of external vendors and service providers for IM Global LLC. This role ensures that all vendors meet the organization's standards for quality, budget, compliance and risk management.Key Responsibilities:Play a key role in the execution of sourcing initiatives, collaborating with management in developing and implementing strategies to improve vendor performance across categories and subcategoriesHandle the onboarding process for new vendors ensuring completion of initial setup steps and gathering necessary documentationNegotiating contracts with third-party vendors to secure optimal terms and conditions that align with company goalsDevelop and cultivate positive relationships with vendors; Be a central point of contact for vendor partner relationships.Monitor vendor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, service quality, and cost adherence.Ensure vendors adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 1 years of experience in vendor management.Proven experience in procurement processes and vendor managementOutstanding organization and problem-solving skillsExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Experience in logistics industry will be a plusIM Global LLC provides Work VISA Sponsorship for qualified candidates.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftWeekends as needed
