Position Overview:As a strategic HRBP, you will directly support core departments such as Investment, Trading, and Quantitative Research, driving the alignment of talent strategies with business goals in a fast-paced, highly competitive financial environment. You must possess deep insights into talent challenges within the investment sector and utilize HR solutions to directly influence company performance.Core Responsibilities:Strategic Level:• Collaborate with the Investment Committee and department heads to develop industry-specific "talent strategies," including but not limited to:• Analysis of competitive dynamics for top investment talent and targeted mapping.• Stress-testing trading teams and building resilience.• Designing cross-border talent strategies with a focus on talent movement between China and the U.S. in a global context.Execution Level:• Lead end-to-end management of key positions:• Design customized assessment frameworks for Portfolio Managers and Quant Researchers.• Manage compliance-sensitive issues during candidate background checks (related to FINRA/SEC).• Develop performance evaluation models specific to hedge funds (such as P&L linkage mechanisms).• Address complex employee relations:• Implement psychological intervention mechanisms in high-pressure trading environments.• Design retention strategies for core employees (including carry distribution strategies).• Build frameworks for tax and visa compliance in cross-border assignments.Innovation Level:• Develop leadership programs tailored to the alternative investment sector.• Design talent attrition early-warning systems based on machine learning.• Optimize decision-making processes in high-frequency recruitment scenarios (e.g., reducing the interview cycle for Quant roles by 40%+).Qualifications:Education:• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Psychology, Financial Engineering, or Business Administration.Language Skills:• Native-level proficiency in Mandarin and fluent in business English (required to support Greater China business coordination).Industry Experience:• 8+ years of HRBP experience, with 3+ years focusing on hedge funds, secondary markets, or private equity.• In-depth understanding of investment role competency models (e.g., Alpha Researcher, Risk Control Director).• Familiarity with HR compliance requirements within regulatory frameworks such as SEC, FCA, etc.
