The Field Service Technician installs equipment, provides onsite maintenance services, and troubleshoots in the field in varying environments. As a main contact person for our customers, the Field Service Technician represents Telios Construction Management (TCM)and must therefore identify closely with the company, products, and clientele. Duties will include but are not limited to:Diagnosin, inspecting, repairing, and servicing rack-mounted UPS systems, self-contained AC units, and controls systems supporting IT enclosuresPerforming preventative maintenance inspections (on a quarterly basis) on self-contained IT enclosures at multiple client sitesResponding to component failures for repair/replacementPerforming installations of IT components within enclosuresDocumenting all onsite activities in TCM software; training will be providedCommunicating with client as needed to schedule onsite visits for maintenance and/or repairsPreparing site-required safety documentation for performing onsite workMaintaining site-specific training and safety requirements to ensure access to client sitesMinimum Qualifications:2+ years of experience with troubleshooting electrical or HVAC systemsDemonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitudeMust have the ability to travel 60%, minimum, across the US, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto RicoAbility to have flexible work hours to accommodate site access requirementsDrug test/background check requiredMust possess a current/valid driver's license and a good driving recordTrade license or education (preferred)Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.Benefits: Competitive Salary and Benefits Package
