Key qualifications include:Experience: 2 years of litigation experience, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice.Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school. Must be licensed to practice in California.Skills: Strong legal research and writing skills, courtroom confidence, and the ability to think critically under pressure.Personality: You're curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
