We leverage advanced technology and one of the world's most extensive fulfillment networks to deliver seamless, efficient, and compliant cross-border trade solutions.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Lead Recruiter to be responsible for JD Logistics recruitment in the Americas region, as the head of JD Logistics recruitment in the Americas region.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for international talent acquisition, focusing on the overseas market to search for and evaluate professional talent to meet the company's business development needs.Gain a deep understanding of industry trends, align with the company's strategic direction, a nd establish and maintain a talent pool to enhance recruitment efficiency and quality.Design and optimize the recruitment process, implement effective recruitment strategies, and ensure alignment between talent acquisition, company culture, and job requir ements.Work closely with business units to accurately identify core competency requirements for positions and provide candidates with clear career development paths.Monitor trends in the talent market and provide data support for adjustments in talent ac quisition strategies, driving continuous improvement in recruitment efforts.QualificationsWork Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant international recruitment experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in team management.Industry Experience: Familiar with the dynamics of the international talent market, capable of sourcing and attracting talent across various industries.Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills, able to engage freely with overseas candidates and business units, accurately understanding and addressing recruitment needs.Project Management: Strong project management skills, able to independently oversee recruitment projects, ensuring timely progress and quality.
