NYCM Search has partnered with one of NYC's most high profile CM firms on the creation of a new estimating department with initial focus on a massive multi-billion dollar design build ground up project. We are seeking top performers in NYC construction management with strong estimating experience on large scale ground up projects with exposure to all trades.This unique role will have you working with a team of estimators on a major design build effort, with complex MEPs, prefabrication, large scale structural / foundation work, and serious coordination with adjacent design teams as you adapt costs to suit design changes.Requirements:Large Scale Ground Up ConstructionNYC Construction Management ExperienceMinimum 10 years of Estimating Experience for GC / CMsStrengths in all trades - foundation, superstructure, core & shell, MEPs, interiorsSalary: 200-225k, depending on experience.Additional Estimating team members sought from Mid to Senior Level (range 100k to 180k)
