Our client, an established private company with domestic and international reach, is seeking a highly skilled and business-minded corporate lawyer to serve as the company's first in-house attorneyThe Director of Legal will provide strategic legal guidance to the Company and its affiliated companies across diverse industries"”including automotive aftermarket, manufacturing, real estate, and construction"”and ensure legal compliance across all operations.As Director of Legal, you will work closely with executive leadership, affiliated companies, shareholders, operational teams, and external counsel to manage legal risks, structure business transactions, advise on corporate governance, and develop legal policies that support long-term value creation.
