The Senior Graphic Designer at the Khrista Jarvis Team is responsible for defining our visual identity in the luxury real estate market. In this role, you'll create clear, engaging marketing materials"”from property brochures to digital content"”that effectively represent our brand and appeal to high-net-worth clients. If you have a strong sense of luxury branding and enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment, we'd like to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative Execution Work closely with the marketing team to develop visually engaging content for digital and print platforms.Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including but not limited to:Property brochuresEmail blastsPaid SEM and social adsListing presentation updatesPrint advertisementsOrganic social media graphicsTeam magazineLuxury market reportBrand ManagementMaintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.Contribute to the development of branded materials such as brochures, property presentations, direct mail and video content.Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance and refine the company's visual identity.Project Management Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales agents, and franchise marketing group.Revise and refine designs based on feedback. Qualifications and Skills3+ years of experience in graphic design (luxury brand or real estate experience strongly preferred)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management platformsStrong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design workUnderstanding of typography, color theory, and layout principlesExperience in motion graphics or video editing (a plus but not required)Basic HTML coding skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills
