You will help with file management, repurposing artwork, and preparing designs for print.What You'll DoAssist with design file organization and maintenanceSupport in creating line sheets, decks, and CAD updatesModify and repurpose existing artwork for new designsHelp in preparing artwork for print-ready statusProvide design support to Senior Designers and Art DirectorsWhat You'll NeedBA or equivalent in Graphic DesignProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)Proficient with administrative/company programs outside of Adobe like Excel and WordPassion for design and a good understanding of market trendsStrong attention to detailUnderstanding of the screen-printing process, techniques, and basic garment a plusUnderstanding of Actions and scripting that allows for automation is a plus
