The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Archicad and a strong background in interior and architecture design workflows. This role combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to optimize our BIM processes and enhance project delivery.Position OverviewAs BIM Manager, you will lead the implementation and management of Archicad integration across our various interior design projects. You will work closely with our Technical Director and greater design team to establish and maintain BIM standards while ensuring efficient project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows specifically tailored to our hospitality and residential design processes.Manage the studio's Archicad environment, including library content, project templates, and automated workflowsProvide technical support and training to design teams on Archicad and related BIM toolsCoordinate with external consultants to ensure seamless BIM collaboration and data exchangeMonitor project BIM execution plans and ensure compliance with established standardsImplement quality control processes for BIM deliverablesResearch and recommend new BIM technologies and processes to improve efficiencyRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in BIM management, with at least 1 year specifically using ArchicadProven experience working in design studio environmentAdvanced knowledge of Archicad and its application in interior design projectsStrong understanding of BIM protocols, standards, and best practicesExperience in developing and delivering BIM training programsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsPreferred QualificationsProfessional BIM certificationExperience with additional design software (Rhino, AutoCad, Revit)Knowledge of scripting or visual programming for automationExperience with cloud collaboration platformsTechnical SkillsExpert proficiency in ArchicadUnderstanding of IFC standards and interoperabilityExperience with BIM 360, BIMcloud, or similar platformsFamiliarity with rendering engines and visualization toolsKnowledge of MEP systems and their integration in interior projectsSoft SkillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesAbility and interest to mentor and train team membersDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsProblem-solving mindset Post Company BenefitsHealth, Vision, and Dental Insurance401K Contribution after one year of employment10 days of PTO, 15 days after 3 years of employmentCompany wide Summer Break and Winter BreakFlexible WFH policy- M-TH in office, with an additional bank of 24 WFH daysAnd alternating four day work week.
