Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney for a boutique real estate firm in Greater Boston, MA! Qualifications:5+ years of experience within some or all of the following areas: (i) commercial leasing; (ii) land use and permitting; (iii) purchase and sale agreement drafting and negotiation; (iv) conducting commercial closings and (iv) review of title examinations and preparation of title policies. Residential loan conveyancing/purchase and sale agreement preparation and review experience is a bonus, but not necessary.
