Commercial Lines Account Manager

Are you a Paralegal with demonstrated organizational and analytical skills considering a career move for higher pay? Construction Casualty Insurance is looking for either an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager OR a Paralegal interested in the thrilling world of insurance to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager's role is to be able to successfully oversee a portfolio of business, size range from $500,000 - $700,000 in revenue.Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, managing renewals, and maintaining a partnership with the producers to support business development. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams including sales, marketing, and other account managers to improve the entire customer experience. If you have a flair for client communication and find joy in a job well done, we would like to meet you!ResponsibilitiesServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, including change requests and endorsements.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Assist in the development of renewal submissions.Use Applied Epic to document and manage account activity.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of customer needs and objectives.Qualifications1 year of experience as an Account Manager, or relevant position, in the commercial lines insurance industry, OR 1 year of experience in paralegal work, preferred.High school diploma, or equivalent, required.
