Summary:We are partnered with a Hospitality leader who owns thousands of properties across the globe. This company operates under a variety of brands offering its customers unique experiences that cater to each individual and destination.This client is looking for a Corporate Counsel with the main responsibility of incorporating the latest technology to drive the company to further growth. This will involve working with the business on a global scale to partner on internal systems, cybersecurity, and supporting fast-growing technology like generative AI.Responsibilities:Draft and negotiate legal agreements concerning technology, hardware, systems, and other commercial-related documentsWork closely with InfoSec and Compliance and advice on various data privacy and data security mattersCounsel management on legal risks and issues that impact the businessManage outside counsel as neededQualifications:JD from an accredited law school with admission to state bar4-10 years of experience at a law firm and/or in-houseIn-house experience preferred
