Labor & Employment Associate AttorneyEstablished midsized Manhattan law firm with a growing L&E practice group is looking to add a L&E attorney with 2 to 6+ years law firm experience. The right candidate has a mix of employment defense litigation and counseling experience, including those with Deal experience, providing support to corporate teams doing M&A work (diligence). Firm is also looking for an attorney with traditional labor experience for a mid/senior-level associate position. The right individual has management side experience working with public and private unions, including solid arbitration and mediation experience. Prior employment litigation experience is a plus! Good client contact; hybrid work environment (3/2). Firm is known for their mentoring of younger associates and promoting upward career growth. Salary in the $175K-$250K+ general range.
