Our products are currently offered on Amazon, Walmart, DTC via , Faire (B2B Wholesale Marketplace), and direct wholesale to brick and mortar retail stores. Frog Sac is a brand owned and operated by a small family business, with 40 years of experience developing and manufacturing fashionable accessories.Position OverviewWe are searching for a self-motivated individual to join our ecom-centric team who is obsessed with organization and processes. The individual will become familiar with our existing shipping tech stack and processes and take ownership of fulfilling customer orders and shipping outbound inventory to marketplace fulfillment centers. This position will manage a small warehouse staff of two to help with assembly and prep for shipping. Job Responsibilities· Pick, pack and ship orders from retail and wholesale customers.· Coordinate outbound inventory shipments to marketplace fulfillment centers and 3PLs.· Take ownership of inventory management, keep accurate counts, and organization within the warehouse.· Receive inbound shipments from suppliers.· Work with the GM to improve processes.Hard Skills:· Proficient in using computers, inventory management software, Microsoft Outlook, and basic Excel.· Comfortable learning and using technology to increase efficiency.· Knowledge of how tech stacks work in conjunction with an e-commerce business.· Experience coordinating international and domestic shipments, both imports and exports.· Knowledge of customs laws, customs clearance, and harmonized codes.· Experience preparing shipping plans for Amazon FBA, Amazon AWD, and Walmart WFS.Soft Skills:· Excellent communication skills.· Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent requests, and delegate work accordingly.· Critical thinker, problem solver, and ability to know how to find solutions.· Strong attention to detail.· Nimble and open to altering strategies and processes with advances in technology, AI, and marketplace changes.Qualifications· Experience coordinating shipments· Experience fulfilling customer orders for e-commerce· Experience managing a small staff· Experience using IMS· Must be able to lift heavy boxes, up to 40 lbs· Must have a valid driver's license
