Senior Life Sciences Patent Associate/Of CounselOur client is a top firm, seeking an experienced Patent Attorney for its Chemical and Biotechnology Patent Group in Washington, DC. The firm may also be open to select candidates to work remotely. The salary for this position is between $275k to $365k.QualificationsAt least 5 years of chemical and biotech experience in US and foreign patent drafting and prosecution relating. Advanced degree in biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, chemistry, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, or a related field. Experience with PTAB post-grant proceedings, and/or opinion experience. USPTO admission is required. Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and verbal communication skills.All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
