The ideal candidate will be able to provide reliable and consistent client support, acting as a liaison between the client and attorneyCompensation:$20 - $26/hr. depending on experienceResponsibilities:Communicate with medical providers, and schedule medical appointmentsCompile and review medical recordsConduct weekly phone calls with clients, and monitor clients' medical treatmentsCommunicate with insurance companies, obtain medical records, and data entryMaintain clients' records by reviewing case notes, and monitoring progressData entry, help prepare demand packages, assist with property damage insurance claimsManage open claims and send letters of representationComply with HIPAA regulationsPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:2+ years of Personal Injury Law experience is highly preferredBilingual in Spanish or Korean is requiredAbility to work in large teams and be computer savvy.
