An AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking an Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join their Tier 1 ranked IP Group based in one of their Texas offices (preference for Dallas).The Role We are looking for associates with experience in drafting license agreements, SaaS agreements, privacy policies, and data processing terms.
