Similar experience with the following responsibilities is required.Recruiting Champion - Work alongside our recruiting team to keep track of potential candidates, coordinate interviews, manage follow-ups, review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and manage our recruiting database.Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positionsReview resumes and conduct interviews via phone or in-personQualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviewsServe as contact person for questions from candidatesUpdate candidate database regularlyOnboarding and coordinating growth and development processesWork closely with the People and Culture teamNew Teammate Onboarding - Be a friendly face on our teammates onboarding journey!
