In addition, we are active in our communities and families.We are looking for a Transactional Associate Attorney with 1-4 years experience. The position involves supporting partners on a variety of business and transactional matters for individuals and closely held business clients in all areas of business from formation, leases and various contracts to mergers and acquisitions. The attorney will also have the opportunity to work on estate planning, trust, and probate issues, and will work closely with our litigation group to advise on strategies and issues in active cases.Responsibilities:Manage projects involving research, drafting, and client contactDraft and edit contracts, agreements, memorandaEthical engagement with clients and opposing partiesDevelop and implement legal strategies for clientsResearch in support of transactions and client goalsAdvise and counsel clients on business legal issuesTrack and comply with deadlinesDue diligence investigations and analysisQualifications:License in Colorado1-4 years of experience in transactional lawSelf-Motivated, attention to detailSuperior written and communication SkillsSophisticated critical thinking and analysis skillsProficiency in computer and word processingPlease respond with a resume, cover letter and writing sample.
