Check us out at - The idea candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced.General Accountabilities:Supervise daily activities of the production area, including quality assurance, inventory control and customer service.Oversee production team to meet the demands of the fulfilment center and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed.Meet regularly with Plant Manager to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.Organizing training and educational manuals for the production teamAssisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hiresEnsuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facilityOrganizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals.Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood.Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resourcesResponsibilities: Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of work.Measure and report the effectiveness of production activities and employee's performance.Communicate job expectations and coach employees.Determine staffing levels and assign workload.Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to Plant Manager.Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.Requirements: Proven work experience as a Production SupervisorHighly effective supervisory skills and techniquesKnowledge of production software packages and MS Office proficiencyAbility to input, retrieve and analyze data.Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to direct and coordinate operations.Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to create and adhere to production processes.Qualifications/ Education Requirements:3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing environmentAble to manage 10+ employees.Must have knowledge employee relations and handling employee conflictsAble to understand and read manufacturing scheduling informationStrong communications skills (verbal and written), analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong time management skills and ability to handle several tasks simultaneously.Strong working knowledge of Google SuiteGood leadership skills, team-building attitude, and is self-motivated.ERP experience (preferably Baan) in a manufacturing environment is a plusBilingual in Spanish is a plusThis Opportunity Offers:Competitive SalaryExcellent Health Benefits401KAn exciting work environmentSafety:The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.The employee is required to wear safety glasses, mask and steel toe, gloves, safety ear plugs.
