Security Education Training & Awareness Officer We are hiring for a great technical opportunity for a Security Education Training & Awareness Officer - Top Secret clearance to work onsite for our Springfield, VA location. This position requires an active Top SecretPay:$110,000 - $125,000+ (negotiable upon qualifications) With Full BenefitsLocation: Springfield, VAClearance: Top Secret or aboveResponsibilitiesWhat You'll DoThe SETA Officer is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the development, facilitation, and implementation of a multi-disciplinary security training and awareness curriculum for SCI programs. The ideal SETA Officer requires excellent writing and speaking skills, creativity, sound judgment, and initiative.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsEducationMaster's degree or higher: > 2 years experience; orBachelor's degree or higher: > 3 years experience; orAssociate's degree: > 6 years experience; orHigh School/GED: > 8 years experienceExperienceExperience in creating a security training program for a large program office.Experience in creating recurring schedules.Experience conducting briefs to large audiences.Experience tracking training certificates and updating training records.Working knowledge of DODM 5200.01 Vol.1-3.Working knowledge of ICD 700 and 703.Working knowledge of E.O. 13526.Familiarity with the 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM.At least 3 years experience building briefs using the Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to balance policy requirements with program mission and timelines.Ability to develop Annual Program Security and SCI Refresher Training.Must be aware of all DoD and IC Training requirements and seamlessly implement them in a Training curriculum.Ability to engender rapport with the military, civilians, and other contractors at all levels.Ability to prioritize tasks.Effective interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.Desired QualificationsFamiliarity with the DODM 5205.07, Vol. 1-4.Familiarity with ICS 703-01.Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Training CurriculumAdditional RequirementsThe position requires to be onsite due to the classified nature/location of the program.Security Clearance: This position will require U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance and will require the ability to obtain and maintain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
