Derivatives Onboarding Analyst

We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry.Duration: 16 monthsJob Type: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite)Responsibilities:Act as the main contact for global Derivatives Onboarding teams in the implementation of Blackrock's Aladdin system.Assess the impact of Aladdin on derivatives onboarding and collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, and brokers.Lead testing, document new processes, and ensure risk controls are in place.Support onboarding of new accounts and brokers, ensuring operational readiness for derivatives trading.Maintain accurate records of accounts, legal agreements, and broker setups.Manage broker relationships and contribute to process improvements.Requirements:7+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years in derivatives.Knowledge of derivative instruments (Repos, TBAs, Futures, FX, Swaps, Options) and collateral agreements (ISDA/CSAs, GMRAs, MSFTAs).Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of fund structures.Strong organizational, analytical, and relationship management skills.Experience with Aladdin and asset management/insurance is a plus.
