TheSunrise Brands Group offers an array of career opportunities!ResponsibilitiesWork directly with Design Directors on: Seasonal trend strategies, colors and concepts, sketching and creating presentation slides and boardsCollaborate with Design Directors and Designers to ensure that CADs represent the overall visionand concept of each styleResponsible for ensuring all CADs are up to date and accurate via Adobe IllustratorColor/re-color CADs, including print color revisions, collaborating with the Sr. Print Artist as neededCreating and maintaining monthly/seasonal CAD boardsCreating weekly visual support for sales using Excel, and owning the communication with the salesperson to make sure deadlines are metCreate and update seasonal color cards, while maintaining Pantone libraryCreate merchandising and styling material for vendors/buyers including stylize coqui illustrationsReceiving, logging, and maintaining collection of TOP and PR samplesPrepping CADs and samples for style review meetingsWork with Photographer on visual support for social media, and assist on photoshoots for visualmerchandisingQualifications:At least 2 yr. experience in the apparel design or merchandisingAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopBasic proficiency in ExcelStrong flat sketching skillsStrong hand sketching skills on the croquiMUST have an excellent memoryKnowledge of garment construction and know how to properly illustrate the detailsMUST be team playerEnthusiastic, motivated, organized individuals with a positive energyVery organized and pays close attention to detailWorks with a sense of urgency and can properly prioritize their responsibilitiesGreat multi-tasking skillsExcellent communicationWork Location and ScheduleThis job will require that you work form our office in New York, NY, weekdays during normal businesshours.
