We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Ecommerce Associate to join our team and support our direct sales department.We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Associate to assist with creating and managing product listings across multiple retail platforms, including 1st Dibs, Chairish, and Shopify. As an Ecommerce Associate, you will work closely with our team to ensure products are accurately represented online. Your ability to adhere to platform-specific guidelines and best practices will play a key role in maximizing product visibility and sales. Additionally, your responsibilities will include accurate data entry and updating of product information into our inventory system.Key Responsibilities:Create, manage, and update product listings across multiple eCommerce platforms, including 1st Dibs, Chairish, and Shopify.Perform accurate data entry by entering product details such as descriptions, pricing, dimensions, and other relevant information into inventory systems and eCommerce platforms.Select appropriate categories and tags for each item to enhance discoverability.Upload high-quality images, ensuring proper formatting and resizing.Ensure all listings comply with platform-specific guidelines and standards.Monitor listings to ensure accuracy, availability, and consistency across all channels.Work closely with the inventory and auction teams to stay up to date on inventory.Update ecommerce listing dates and pricing in internal auction software.Ensure accurate and up-to-date data is maintained across internal systems and platforms.Required Skills:Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).Experience with eCommerce platforms (1st Dibs, Chairish, Shopify) preferred.Strong confidence in communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.Bright, positive attitude and enthusiasm for eCommerce.Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple listings simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.High level of professionalism and ability to work independently.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot listing issues.Excellent judgment and the ability to apply practical decision-making in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:Experience in eCommerce listing creation, data entry, and optimization.Familiarity with popular eCommerce platforms (1st Dibs, Chairish, Shopify).Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data entry.Excellent written communication skills with a focus on persuasive and informative copy.Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword optimization for product listings.Ability to manage multiple listings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.Background in antiques and fine art is preferred but not required.Ability to apply common sense and practical thinking to day-to-day tasks.Benefits:Compensation: $42,000-$50,000Expected hours: 40 per week, Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pmExposure to a wide variety of high-end products in a dynamic auction environment.Opportunities for professional development and growth.A collaborative, supportive team atmosphere.If you are passionate about eCommerce and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
