HireTalent Health Division is looking to add an onboarding specialist to the team. This is a fast past position who will be interacting with new hires. Must have experience working with nurses, doctors, running background checks and credentialing.Duties for onboarding specialist:Have experience in credentialing healthcare workers.Develop and implement onboarding strategies and programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hiresConduct new hire orientations and facilitate the onboarding processCoordinate with hiring managers and HR teams to gather necessary paperwork and documentation for new employeesProvide guidance and support to new hires regarding company policies, procedures, and benefitsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive onboarding experience for new employeesConduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to improve the onboarding processStay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance during the onboarding processUtilize HR sourcing techniques to attract top talent for open positionsCollaborate with recruiters to streamline the hiring process and ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboardingAssist in succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential employees during the onboarding processRequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldProven experience as an Onboarding Manager or similar roleIn-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment labor laws, and regulationsStrong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with new hires and cross-functional teamsProficient in HireRight, Sterling and other background check providersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to conduct research and stay updated on industry trends related to employee onboardingStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
