Exterior Medics of Springfield, VA a brand of Infinity Home Services seeks a residential exterior construction Project Manager to drive customer satisfaction and growth.If you are a committed, passionate, driven construction project manager with practical expertise managing multiple residential exterior construction, (roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, eaves), projects with integrity and a focus on driving excellent customer outcomes, bring your skills to our dynamic and growing team!KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProject Managers oversee the production of roofing and other projects:Conducting thorough schedule assessmentEnsuring material cost, availability and logistics are in place to support multiple jobsMaintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as subcontractors, vendors and customers.Collaborating with sales, scheduling and finance to ensure efficient and complete project closure processTrack and monitor performance to stated KPIsStaying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.Participating in sales, marketing and promotional activities in all assigned markets which may require regular traveQUALIFICATIONSIn addition to demonstrating a history of success though personal and professional integrity, ideal candidates will possess:Proven experience in the construction or home improvement industry running project crews and managing multiple production schedulesStrong customer service and desire to support cross-functional teammates Excellent communication skills with bilingual English and Spanish preferredStrong knowledge of the products and processes involved in the exterior envelope of residential homesCOMPENSATIONBase compensation for this position is $70,000-$80,000 per year plus performance based compensation based on a variety factors.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, pregnancy, disability, age, veteran status, or other characteristics.
