Since entering the LIHTC space in 2020, they have rapidly expanded their portfolio to 6,000 units across seven states and have a robust 10-year plan. They are seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to take ownership of portfolio performance, enhance operational efficiencies, and build a best-in-class asset management platform.The OpportunityThe VP of Asset Management will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing a diverse multifamily portfolio, with a primary focus on LIHTC and workforce housing assets. This role will require a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution working across finance, operations, and third-party management to improve portfolio performance. This is a high-impact role for a commercial real estate professional with deep experience in multifamily asset management, value creation strategies, team leadership, and portfolio oversight.
