Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is looking for an experienced and motivated Employment Law Attorney to handle a variety of cases related to discrimination, wage and hour disputes, harassment, wrongful termination, and other employment-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both state and federal employment laws and will be responsible for managing all aspects of litigation from discovery to trial preparation.Responsibilities include but not limited to: Manage and oversee a diverse caseload of employment law matters, including discrimination (harassment, age, race, gender), wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination.Represent clients in both individual and class action cases, including PAGA claims.Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, and oral arguments.Develop case strategies, identify key legal issues, and work toward favorable resolutions, either through settlement or trial.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.Maintain strong client communication, ensuring clients are informed of case progress and developments.Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to build and strengthen case strategies.Other:Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentStrong time management skills, including prioritization of cases and adhering to deadlines, internal or those imposed by the Court.Strong organizational, time management, and skills in handling the caseloads required of the position.Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment with other lawyers and paralegals.Proficient in MS Office and FileVine.Benefits:Hybrid schedule (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from home)10-20 days of PTO15 paid holidays401(k) matchHealth, dental and visionBirthday events, holiday events, and morePrestige Legal Solutions P.C. is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
