Additional areas of responsibility are shifting labor, driving projects to completion, addressing breakdowns, and all other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.Education: (Include licenses, certifications, permits)The ideal candidate should have an associate's degree in Electromechanical technology or equivalent combinations of training and experience. Other training may include welding certification, Hydraulic training, and Journeyman trades training.Experience / QualificationsA minimum of 5 years of Electrical/Mechanical experience in trouble shooting and supporting industrial machinery or experience as a maintenance supervisorSkills / AbilitiesDevelopment and leadership of people, technical knowledge of electrical systems, drives, bearings, welding, and piping. Leadership qualities for support of operationsPhysical DemandsGood physical and mental health, sound judgement, desire to work with individuals from varied backgrounds. The ability to access the entire facility and maneuver around existing equipment and systems in operation. Ability to effectively delegate and address issues in environments internal and external to the Company.Duties and ResponsibilitiesFood safety is the responsibility of every employee. Temperatures can vary from 100 degrees f. to 0 degrees f. during winter months.Manual Dexterity:Walks, sits, stands during workday.Audible / Visual Demands:Must have the ability to understand direction and transfer direction to subordinates. Must have good auditory and visual abilities to communicate ideas.
