Our legal team specializes in all aspects of U.S. immigration law, including family and employment-based petitions, immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, and litigation and removal defense.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Immigration Attorney with four years of experience located in Woodbridge, VA. The attorney will be responsible for handling immigration issues, visas, PERM applications and legal matters related to immigration law on a day-to-day basis.QualificationsExperience in Immigration Law, Immigration Issues, and Legal IssuesFamiliarity with various types of visasExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and research skillsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive bar membership in good standing in the state of MarylandFluency in Spanish, and Italian is a plus
