We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team and contribute to the design of high-performance, mission-critical facilities.Position Overview:We are looking for a skilled Architect with 5+ years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in architectural design software (such as Autodesk Revit, BIM Collaborative Pro, etc.) and will have a strong understanding of building design and technical systems. While experience in data center design is preferred, it is not required. The Architect will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions for complex data center projects. Occasional travel is required. Key Responsibilities:Lead and contribute to the design of architectural solutions for data center and mission-critical facilities.Develop and refine conceptual and schematic designs, ensuring compliance with all technical and regulatory standards.Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to integrate architectural designs with mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.Produce architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using Autodesk Revit,, and other design tools.Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project coordination.Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timelines, and budgets.Review and monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, particularly in data center design.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects, with an emphasis on the ability to detail and understand how building elements are assembled in constructionStrong understanding of building design principles, construction methods, and material selection.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Office 365Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of data center industry standards, including electrical and mechanical systems, cooling, and power distribution.LEED Accredited Professional or experience with sustainable design practices.Licensed Architect or on the path for licensure.
