Project Manager, Construction Services

Project Manager, Construction ServiceeLoghomes, a leading log home kit manufacturer in the US, is seeking a Project Manager to support the growing Construction Service business of eLoghomes. This position will report directly to the Vice President Operations; and work closely with Construction Service and the Customer Service teams. Our company is based in Battleboro, NC (Nash County).Responsibilities:Act as primary point of contact for assigned customers and projects throughout the company's Construction Service process for log home shell erectionInterface on projects with both the Customer Service and the Design Teams. Review blueprints for each project assignedAudit contracts and process Work Orders for assigned customersEnsure customer understanding of the Construction Service process, and engage in ongoing, frequent communications with the customers on their project statusCoordinate with the manager of eLoghomes' subcontractors on project start dates, and during multiple construction phases to completionProcess invoices and other documentation for assigned customersCommunicate with customers on changes due to engineering requirementsTroubleshooting of customer and field issues in coordination with other team membersSupport new ERP system implementationAdditional responsibilities as requiredQualifications:2+ years of experience in project management for a custom home builder (preferred)Degree in Construction Management preferredKnowledge of project management scheduling, scope of work and budgetsAbility to read blueprintsExperience in estimating preferredMust be proficient in Microsoft programs, such as Excel, Word, etc.Excellent verbal and communication skillsDemonstrated problem solving abilityHigh customer service orientationTeam player & strong work ethicComfortable working primarily in an office environmentPosition not required to lift more than 40 lbs.Job Type:Full-time (Office location only, not a hybrid working opportunity)About the company:eLoghomes is a fast-growing log home package manufacturer, and offers construction services to our customers through a network of specialized builders that work with us.
