Kelly Wearstler is looking for a very talented Senior Architect with experience in and private residential projects, luxury hospitality, and restaurants to join our team. The ideal candidate is strong leader and has proven success in managing multiple large-scale design projects end-to-end. Passion and elevated taste level is a must!DutiesManage multiple design projects end-to-end across luxury hospitality, commercial and private residential; act as main point of contact for projectsLead design development, drawing and documentation of projects during the design as well as management of the scope, schedule and budget during construction. This includes coordination with clients, contractors and fabricatorsOversee submission of budgets and drawing sets, including but not limited to, specifications, technical production and basic code knowledgeScope and plan project milestones and timelines; ensure timely delivery of project deliverablesLead, motivate, and collaborate with teams; identify and execute on professional development opportunities for team membersResponsible for management of design team requirements, including resource planningCollaborate with artists and artisans on custom works and projectsDesired Skills & Experience8+ years experience with Interior Design/Architecture education and backgroundProven track record of managing multiple design projects end-to-endExcellent communication skillsAbility to originate concepts, and be the design lead for teams putting numerous projects togetherStrong leadership/management skills with ability to multitask, all from design inception to completion in all design phasesRefined presentation skills with experience Autocad, Photoshop and Microsoft Office ProficientApplicant must have substantial CA experience (submittal, RFI, ASI/IDSK review/response and consultant coordination)Willing to travel (domestic and international)The salary range for this position is $110K - $150K annually.
