Release Manager / Delivery & Operational Intelligence AnalystAbout the RoleThe Release Manager / Delivery & Operational Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in driving procedural excellence and business innovation within a dynamic and fast-paced Product & Data Engineering team. This team is responsible for the end-to-end development of world-class consumer-facing products, including streaming platforms, mobile applications, and digital experiences across multiple brands.Reporting to the Manager of Delivery & Operational Intelligence, you will work closely with leaders to create and execute annual release forecasting plans, introduce engineering-driven problem-solving sessions, and drive data-driven insights to enhance the health and efficiency of technology services globally.This role requires a strategic thinker with advanced analytical, communication, and project management skills, coupled with a resourceful, customer-service-oriented mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning:Collaborate with Product & Technical Directors to forecast annual release plans, standardize workflows, and ensure deliverables align with strategic objectives across web, mobile, and major app platforms.Agile Facilitation:Implement agile methodologies and lead engineering-driven problem-solving sessions to foster creativity and innovation.Data Analysis & Intelligence:Provide procedural, data-driven solutions to monitor the health of services, deployments, and releases.Conduct tactical and ad-hoc analysis across various business units to inform strategic decisions.Team Development:Mentor team members to ensure delivery quality and technical excellence.Develop and manage onboarding practices and internal training sessions to enrich skill sets across the team.Cross-Team Collaboration:Partner with engineering teams to build innovative systems that improve deliverable efficiency.Cultural Initiatives:Organize team-building events to foster a strong sense of community and collaboration.Basic QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of IT experience in relevant roles.Experience in mobile release management and familiarity with platforms such as iOS, Android, App Store, and Play Store.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance short- and long-term work streams effectively.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Proven expertise in agile software development methodologies.Demonstrated experience leading teams or mentoring others.Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to develop actionable insights and recommendations.Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on driving innovation.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Airtable for workflow management.Experience in Automation and DevOps, including scripting with Jenkins, Ansible, and Python, and managing code repositories.Expertise in integrating Airtable for workflow optimization.
