The candidate will play a critical role in advancing the ?rm's clients' interests through effective motion practice, legal advocacy, and strategic case management.ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and revise settlement agreements, class notices, and cover lettersDraft, review, and revise letters to the Labor and Workforce Development AgencyDraft, review, and revise motions for preliminary approval, motions for ?nal approval, -motions forPAGA approvalDraft, review, and revise supplemental brie?ng and declarations in support of motions for preliminary approval, motions for ?nal approval, and motions for PAGA approvalDraft, review, and revise joint case management conference statements, joint status conference statements, etc.Prepare for, and attend case management conferences, status conferences, hearings on motions for preliminary approval, ?nal approval, PAGA approval, etc.Communicate with clients in a timely mannerCommunicate with settlement administrators regarding settlement administrationKeep track of all deadlines regarding settlement administrationReview settlement administrator disbursement databases and declarationsQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience working in employment litigation.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High attention to detail and accuracy.Salary listed is total compensation, not exclusively base salary.
