We are committed to putting clients first and achieving excellent results through teamwork, collaboration, and trust.Our firm values mentorship and professional development, offering attorneys the opportunity to grow their legal expertise and develop business skills.ResponsibilitiesThe Personal Injury Litigation Associate will:Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases from intake to trial.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Handle client intake consultations and evaluate cases for liability and damages.Develop case strategies, conduct written and oral discovery, and take depositions.Assist with mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.Work closely with experienced attorneys to refine litigation and negotiation skills.Participate in business development, networking, and mentorship opportunities.Qualifications2-5 years of litigation experience, ideally on the plaintiff's side in personal injury cases.Strong legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.Ability to juggle multiple assignments and manage a diverse caseload, independently running cases while also assisting senior attorneys on complex or high-stakes cases.A commitment to social justice and client-centered advocacy.California Bar admission required.Compensation and BenefitsIn accordance with California's pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is between $110,000-$140,000 year. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
